On the path of spiritual growth, we may reach a stage where integrating past lives is required. Sometimes, we can clearly track their energy moving within our current reality. Other times, a past life might feel like a subtle ripple that affects only certain aspects of our lives.
 
From a shamanic energetic perspective, time as we humanly perceive it is an illusion. Everything happens "at the same time", and our soul experiences multiple lives and realities simultaneously. When we awaken to our soul's gifts and vibration, our vision begins to expand. We realise that our current life interconnects us with the lives in the past or future. Often, past lives may release traumatic events, inviting us to heal deep wounds. However, we have the power to resolve the past through conscious work in the present time.
