These weekly distant sessions aim to assist you across the business of life.
The energy of Reiki offers many gifts and can expand its qualities according to our level of consciousness.
This modality is very gentle but can go very deep, touching all the layers of our being (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual). In my experience, Reiki creates a sense of softness and relaxation. However, every experience is unique as the energy will work around your specific intention and needs.
Sometimes, when we receive energy work, we access a state of bliss; other times, we fall asleep. Also, we may release stagnant emotions or memories which can arise during the session.
HOW DISTANT SESSIONS WORK
Energy can travel across dimensions, spaces and realities with complete ease. It is not bound by the limitations of time and space, which affect our human minds.
We can access a Reiki session, even without being connected to a laptop or phone.
At the time of the session, please lie down and create a quiet space around you. Make sure that you won't be disturbed. Set the intention to receive the session, and the energy will start to flow. As simple as that.
If you are busy, you can also receive it whenever you are ready by requesting its integration.

I will confirm some dates for the new year, when I feel guided to.
Please treat the distant session like any other in-person session. Drink a lot of water and look after yourself after the session.
IMPORTANT - Please note that there is NO VIDEO or RECORDING. You will receive the Reiki session directly at the time scheduled.
